Delivery Information

We deliver to every nook and cranny of South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and all the areas in-between.

Thanks to our nationwide delivery, your Beauty items will reach their destination no matter the location. All you need to do is choose your delivery method, preferred date and destination and we’ll do the rest – easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Deliveries by courier

Your order can be couriered at an additional charge (i.e. delivery is not included in price).

1. Delivery to major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein) - R85. In order to ensure that your order reaches its destination on time, please allow for 2-3 working days’ notice.
2. Regional/ outlying centres - R85. To ensure that your order reaches its destination on time, please allow for 2-4 working days’ notice.

Important

We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred delivery date and time - in terms of flagging parcels, instructing the couriers, putting special instructions and following up on all tracking. However, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific time on a certain date as we rely on third party couriers and, even though we always do our best, errors can creep in from time to time.

On these rare occasions, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer care staff at info@beautybar.co.za, who will help you track your parcel.

Should any of your ordered items be damaged upon arrival, we will immediately replace it.
