Whilst every effort goes into ensuring your order is delivered at the right time and in the best shape, we recognize that there may be instances when you aren't entirely satisfied.
We will be happy to give you an exchange or refund within 14 days. Should you wish to do this, please return your entire purchase within 14 working days after delivery and ensure that it is in its unused and original condition.
Once we have received the originally delivered item, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
We will gladly replace or exchange the returned item at no extra cost to you. In the case of refunds, the delivery fee will not be refunded unless your order arrived damaged, faulty, incorrect or not at all.
